How quickly will I receive recall alerts?
Our system checks all 13 sources every 5 minutes. You'll typically receive an alert within 10 minutes of a recall being published.
Which countries and regions do you cover?
We monitor recalls from the USA (FDA, CPSC), European Union (RASFF, Safety Gate), UK (FSA, OPSS), Canada (Health Canada), Australia (ACCC, FSANZ), France (RappelConso), and Germany (Lebensmittelwarnung).
Can I filter alerts by product category?
Yes! You can set up filters for specific categories like food, consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and more.
Do you offer an API?
API access is available on our Professional ($99/mo) and Business ($199/mo) plans. You'll get access to our recalls database with real-time webhooks.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
